Counselling

Anxiety and Depression

You may be replaying conversations, feeling on edge or struggling to enjoy things that used to matter. Sometimes anxiety and low mood sit alongside each other. You don’t need to know what to call your experience before asking for support.

Understanding worry and low mood

We can explore the situations that feel difficult, the pressure you put on yourself and what support is missing. We might work on recognising patterns of worry, making room for difficult feelings and finding manageable ways to reconnect with what matters to you.

Counselling can sit alongside support from your GP or other professionals. We will discuss what you need and whether this practice is an appropriate fit.
