Bereavement and Loss

You may be grieving someone who died, facing an expected loss or missing a relationship or life that has changed. Feelings can be mixed, especially when a relationship was complicated. You do not have to justify why something still hurts.

Talking about the loss in your own way

We can talk about what you miss, what remains unresolved and how daily life has changed. There may be guilt, anger, relief, numbness or moments of comfort. You choose what you want to bring, including memories other people no longer ask about.

There is no timetable for our conversations and no expectation to reach closure. We can review together what support feels useful as your needs change.
